I became the coach coordinator at the Melodio Endowment Fund

I coordinate coaches at the Melodio Endowment Fund, where I connect people seeking support with the right experts. I help create meaningful connections based on both expertise and a human touch.

In my work, I’ve long been interacting with people who have suffered injuries, those with disabilities, the blind, burn victims, and those going through difficult times in their lives. Time and again, I see what a huge difference the right support at the right time can make.

That’s why it makes perfect sense for me to be part of the Melodio Endowment Fund as a coach coordinator.

My role is to get to know each coach—their experience, areas of expertise, and the fields in which they can offer the greatest benefit to others. I also participate in selecting new coaches and help create an environment where people seeking support can connect with those who can provide it.

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all coach. Every person needs a different approach, and it’s often the right match that determines whether they’ll feel understood, safe, and truly supported.

I’m glad to be part of a project that builds not only on expertise but also on a human touch, the sharing of experiences, and mutual support.
