The seminar at Ford was a great success
Among the seminars I have recently conducted for companies was a half-day seminar for female employees at Ford focused on managing long-term stress, mental resilience, and managing emotions in a demanding professional and personal life.
During our session, we focused on how to recognize the early signs of burnout, why performance alone isn’t enough for long-term satisfaction, and how to better manage everyday stress using simple breathing, physical, and mental techniques. The seminar also included practical exercises based on specific situations that the participants encounter in their daily work.
I was very pleased by the openness with which the women shared their experiences, as well as the feedback that they were taking away specific tools they could use not only in the workplace but also in their personal lives.
I am delighted that the workshop received such a positive response and that our collaboration will continue with future workshops at Ford. I appreciate the trust placed in me and the opportunity to continue exploring topics such as mental resilience, burnout prevention, and a healthy balance between work performance and personal life.
